What’s the core workflow?
Bring your existing contacts — via CSV, CRM export, API, Clay, n8n, or MCP — and choose what to enrich. Minko returns structured fields for routing, prioritization, personalization, and reporting. You can also download enriched exports, change reports, exceptions, and manifests for CRM import.
How “real‑time” is the enrichment?
Enrichment runs at request time using current available profile and company data, then lands in your export files or API response.
How does monthly allowance work?
New accounts include a free usage allowance. Paid plans include monthly contact and company units.
What if some rows need attention?
You receive exceptions files with context where provided, so you can fix inputs or retry. Allowance usage reflects fair handling for non-billable failures.
Are duplicate records in my file a problem?
Duplicates are merged automatically. You only use allowance for unique records.
What does “last active” mean?
“Last active” is inferred from publicly visible activity such as posts, reactions, and comments. It is not login status, private activity, or a guarantee that the person saw your message.
