FAQ

What is Minko?
Minko is a private beta service for CRM hygiene and change reporting. You upload a CSV of contact and company LinkedIn URLs, choose outcomes, and download CRM‑ready files—including enriched Contacts and Companies, change reports, exceptions, and a manifest.
What’s the core workflow?
Upload a CSV with URLs → choose outcomes (Contact Hygiene, Activity Signals, Content Context, Company Hygiene, Company Content Context) → download enriched exports, change reports, exceptions, and a manifest.
How “real‑time” is the enrichment?
Enrichment runs against live profile and company data at run time, then lands in your export files.
How does monthly allowance work during beta?
Plans are monthly allowances (contact units + company units). You only use allowance for unique URLs processed. Free monthly allowance is included during beta.
What if some rows need attention?
You receive Contacts exceptions and Companies exceptions files with context where provided, so you can fix inputs or retry. Allowance usage reflects fair handling for non-billable failures.
Are duplicate URLs in my file a problem?
Duplicates are merged automatically. You only use allowance for unique URLs.
What does “last active” mean?
It’s based on public activity trails (posts, reactions, comments). It is not login status.
How do I join the private beta?
Use Join the private beta to request access, or Book a demo to walk through the flow.
